This unspoiled wilderness is a great setting for trekkers who want to enjoy the beauty of the scenery while getting meaningful physical exercise at the same time – with full freedom to wander to whichever direction and for as long a time as one pleases. The Arctic setting will make it possible for one to experience such exciting phenomena as the northern lights and the midnight sun.
Abisko and Sarek are two of the wonderful national parks that are located in Northern Sweden. Sarek is located in the Laponian area which was made a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996 and is an area of interest as a whole for hikers and trekkers in Northern Sweden.
